[wpkg-users] sometimes the windows client just ignores the profile.

I have noticed that sometime the client will just ignore when a new package
is put into that clients profile.  It doesn't give me any errors or logs,
its as if the client won't check its profile.  I am not at work know, but I
will give more info tomorrow.  If this is a known thing and sound familiar,
please let me know.
