I believe no one uses wscript for running WPKG - otherwise, it would stop to
work on each message (because a window pops-up, which has to be manually
dismissed). Or am I mistaken?

Actually, what's the difference between a plain redirection of wpkg.js output
(with or without a /debug flag):

cscript wpkg.js /parameters >> \\server\some\logfile.log

and using /log?
