0.10 worked fine on Windows 2000.

Thanks for the download link for 0.10. I should have thought of trying that.

I've setup a fresh Windows XP (without SP1/SP2) on a test machine and the WPKG
Installer claims to have a problem trying to replace msvcrt.dll because of WFP,
it brings up the dialog for entering WPKG settings and when 'Save' is pressed it
remains installed and the installer closes down normally.

I've now additionally found that on the Windows XP SP2 I'd previously tried
installing on, if you press 'Save' in the WPKG Installer configuration dialog it
works fine. But when that dialog is presented, if you instead close the window
down with 'X', it says there was a problem with the installer package and
immediately uninstalls it - we should be able to not choose to configure WPKG
Installer at that time, leaving this till later, shouldn't we?
