What should we check? 

If the first element on the list exists? I.e. we have:

cmd /C copy C:\from \\server\to\

we would check if "cmd" exists in the path?

Or maybe during testing, we should execute and check the exit code of "cmd /C
copy C:\from \\server\to\"?
