Of course it would be neat.

It would be also neat if it could detect two among three available wireless
networks, and choosing the one with the strongest signal as a gateway to the
server.

Or... etc.

Yes, I think it is easier to write scripts for all these custom situations, and
distribute them either with the Client, or as downloads (perhaps the second is
better, as then they can be corrected without having to re-release the Client)?
