WPKGsrv.exe /install

Reports success.
net start still fails.

Re SYSTEM user vs Administrator.

wpkg  client (1.0rc2) was originally installed using wpkg triggered via a group
policy which I suppose would mean it was installed as SYSTEM.

Today I installed 1.2rc5 via the same mechanism, so presumably as the same
user, but the service still fails to start.

I imagine this is frustrating for you. :)
(Does anybody find it ironic that a service designed to provide automatic
installation/upgrades can't be upgraded?)
