Technically, shouldn't be complicated. But:
1. Would it be of any use in LAN?
2. For laptops that are away, I wouldn't recommend upgrading software anyway -
for multi-megabyte packages (100 MB, or more) it's still slow, even if using
fast DSL. And what happens when the upgrade fails for some reason, and the user
is left on an important meeting on the other side of the globe without a
crucial application?
