I was running the wpkg.js from #6 with loglevel=27 and i got all those package
messages i dont want/need.

I checked your logmessages from #22 and dinfo/sinfo/cinfo look fine.

But about pinfo...
I dont know if my english is that bad, but I only want wpkg to log actually
happening installations/removals/updates of packages, not all the "is already
installed. skipping." stuff.
Basically if nothing is done with a package there shouldnt be an entry about it
in the logfile.

If a package is already installed and its _not_ going to get removed or updated
-> _no_ log entry.
If a package is going to be installed/updated/removed -> log entry.
If a package error occured -> log entry.

Bottom line is that I dont want all the useless clutter in my logs to make
debugging a lot more easier.
