Logging Functions

These are the changes I made to enable logging and log rotation to a server
based file location.  I added two small sections of code to the main()
function, but I realize that they are probably not in the correct location.  I
added the formatDate() function and made a small modification to the error()
and info() functions.  The most changes were made in the logging() function.  I
have hard coded my server share to make it easiest at least for me.
