No, it didn't stop.

There were several releases of WPKG Client/Installer (not all were released in
NEWS I guess).



For the next month, several new enhancements are planned to add to WPKG
Client/Installer.

After that, some more time will be spent on wpkg.js.


Also, bugzilla is not the best way to ask about the development of this
project.
