[wpkg-users] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wpkg.xml acces denied

Hello list,
This is my first time trying to deploy softwares through WPKG. I use 
wpkg.js in a logon script like this:
set WPKGROOT=\\dns\wpkg
set SOFTWARE=%WPKGROOT%\software
%WPKGROOT%\wpkg.js /synchronize /debug

But i have following errors:

Setting file does not exists. Creating a new file.
saving XML : C:\WINDOWS\system32\wpkg.xml
acces denied

I use samba as PDC, and test wpkg with an unprivileged user
