[wpkg-users] WPKG Installer, permissions wiped out - how to reproduce?

Hi,

Could anyone with "WPKG Installer, permissions wiped out" problem 
describe how to trigger the issue?

I remember it happened once or twice for me too, but I'm unable to 
reproduce it anymore.


Is there anyone who could write a short (but detailed) instruction on 
how to make this bug show up?

I'd like to finally have the issue fixed.
