[wpkg-users] WPKG Installer, permissions wiped out - how to reproduce?

Should be fixed here, together with some other stuff:

- RDP bug should be fixed
- upgrade should work
- bux/wishlist 38 ("Change the priority of install processes") is fixed

Consider it a beta; I'll appreciate reports if it works properly or not.
