I even did not see the new 0.9.12-test3 version yet. I will have a look and integrate these changes as well. Due to my major restructuring I am quite sure that I cannot simply apply the changes. However the version check I did not touch so I can most probably copy this code. In fact my code also works completely without config.xml but it still requires the file to exist. So also here I am quite sure that I can integrate this changes quickly.
