[wpkg-users] [Bug 75] File version check does not work properly

It took a little while to find the time to run with debug. (I have a work
around of using <check type="file" condition="versiongreaterthan"
path="%programfiles%\PuTTY\PuTTY.exe" value="0.59.0.0" />)

Here is what you requested. PuTTY is not installed even though it says that it
found it installed.
