...as a side note, many .msi package, if not all, need even if you use
the UUID the original installer in the original place where was at
installation time. Sometime (i think when UUID change) also on upgrade.

eg, if you install:

	%SOFTWARE%\WPKG\somestuff-1.2.3.msi

and then want to upgrade to:

	%SOFTWARE%\WPKG\somestuff-3.2.1.msi

the old binery need to be accessible, or you can hit a 'file not found
error'.


[worst case ever found: the PostgreSQL odbc driver, that change the UUID
now and then...]
