@#4 I didn't ask for the <download> tag to be renamed, did i? I just wanted a
config switch to disable the downloads to avoid possible errors. The download
functionality is an additional feature. It is not essential for wpkg to
function. A switch to disable this feature would only make sense.

@#5 I didn't have the time to test 1.1.0-m4 yet since i'm currently in the
middle of deploying my setup to multiple productive environments.
If there really are no collisions because of the <download> tags being nested
inside the <downloads> tag then all is well and i'm happy.
