I already answered you yesterday when your 120 kB attached log didn't 
get to the list because of its size - didn't you get my mail? Here it is 
once again:



It fails to *upgrade*, not to *install* as you say - because WPKG 
service is still running - if you read the log carefully, you will see 
that some files are still in use.

If you said earlier (or more clearly) that you're doing an *upgrade*, 
not the _initial installation_, the problem would have been solved 
faster, I guess.
