[wpkg-users] prblem with WPKG client 1.2.1

No error here.

Probably wpkg.js exited with code 1.

Try enabling GUI in WPKG Client (WPKG user interface -> Show); also 
check wpkg.js logs. See also http://wpkg.org/FAQ - point 1.
