Yes, I'm sure the profile (and thus all packages assigned by it) are not longer
in either the hosts.xml or profiles.xml files. Running wpkg from the command
line (through cscript) with the /debug flag shows the packages from the removed
profile trying to be updated/removed. And then the same error is echoed: 'null'
is null or not an object...

Come to think of it, the package that it was trying to remove did not contain
any <remove> actions. Could be related...

For reference, the WPKG.js I am using is marked version "1.1.0-M6"
