[wpkg-users] packages do not being installed, no logging information shown

Start c:\programme\wpkg\wpkginst.exe -> advanced, put "cmd.exe" as
"Execute before" command, click Save.
When doing "net start wpkgservice" or rebooting the pc, you get a
command line with the same rights as wpkg. Here you can check if you
have access to your server share, start c:\programme\wpkg\wpkgsrv /debug
etc.
After that, revert your "Execute before" entry, of cause.
