Yes, time jumps in the Event Log also, but I suspect this is an NTP effect or
something and isn't relevant to the problem. On one machine, time jumps even when
wpkg succeeds and on another it never jumps. Probably, the hardware clock does not
update from the system clock correctly on that one machine.
