Lately one of the admins here had a problem: running wpkg.js on one of the
machines didn't work. Who was to blame? Me ;)

Lines ~4248 of wpkg.js are about logging, so let's try:

Apparently, wpkg.js was started without a cscript interpreter, and default
wscript was used.
As this was a remote connection to a CLI, wscript windows were not shown, and
the problem was a bit hard to debug.
