Unfortunately you do not specify what you try to do. There are at least 
two (common) ways how to remove a package:

1. By launching wpkg.js directly:
    wpkg.js /remove:Mozilla

2. By removing your "Mozilla" package from the profile (or completely 
from the package definition) and running 'wpkg.js /synchronize' again.
