[wpkg-users] Installer for windows 64 bits

My mistake was: I did a backup of the xml file called 'Copie de 
firefox.xml' which was in the same sub-folder.
WPKG still used this one because it had the same id and was read the first.
I deleted this backup and now everything works fine.
