When packages in local database and on a server are sinchronized and are the
same.  WPKG holds log on and doesn't allow user to enter it's login and
password. WPKG's message window apears before log in and hangs maximum time of
delay. At the same time WPKG doesn't install or uninstall anything. It just
hangs. There is no such an error when you add a package or uninstall one of the
installed. WPKG doesn't write any errors on logs.
