[wpkg-users] Can WPKG install packages while user is at desktop

OK, this makes sure all software defined for the used profile is
actually installed.

OK, therefore WPKG was not run again. Of course Firefox remains
uninstalled until next WPKG run which is entirely fine. Please tell me
if I understand something incorrectly but up to here it looks like it
does exactly what it is supposed to do.
You might now run wpkg.js /synchronize again or just reboot the machine
and leave WPKG client doing the job. Then Firefox should re-run the
checks (as execute="once" is not specified), notice that FF is not
installed properly and re-install it.
Please report if this is working for you or be more precise what you expect.
