Please see http://wpkg.org/FAQ - point 1.

In short:

1) add a /debug flag to wpkg.js parameters
2) check "Show GUI" in WPKG Client's parameters

Disable logon delay - after you log in, you will see cmd.exe window where
wpkg.js is started. There, you will see where it "hangs" - probably a package
that waits for user input etc.
