Full package, fixed debug output missing closing quote

Fixed (see attachment):

FIX: Fixed missing quote in debug output. Changed
     Found package node "'Package name (PackageID) in package database "
     to
     Found package node "'Package name' (PackageID) in package database."
     Thanks to Jens Geile for reporting it. Fixes Bug 115.

The same fix has been applied to WPKG 1.1 milestone release as well but I am
not releasing it yet as it is really a minor issue. The changes have been
checked in (along with some other not yet very well tested changes) to the SVN
repository:
