[wpkg-users] WPKG Client v1.2.1 and slipstreamed WinXP SP3 - fails

I didn't yet try to install WPKG Client with XP SP3.

But this issue is a good opportunity to test it - I'll report back once I 
reproduce it (or not) with XP SP3.
