Tomasz, yes this surly works. Imagine following situation: Installation will last for 5 minutes usually, there is no timeout specified explicitly. Now this installation hangs for one hour, since there is no timeout specified in the package. Adding a timeout to each and every install and upgrade command, just to overcome this problem, is time consuming. Is there a way to apply a timeout at the package level and not only at the command level?
