No feedback since a while. I hope the proposed solution fits the needs of
everybody.

- WPKG does not terminate with exit code 3010 in case of overridden reboot
because it would make WPKG client to initiate an unwanted reboot.
- WPKG can still exit with code 3010 if you want by specifying a reboot script
which does not really initiate a reboot.
