Chained packages are now supported by WPKG 1.1.x release
(<http://wpkg.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wpkg/wpkg/current-development/wpkg.js?view=log>).

I am not sure if it's fully matchint the requirements here. However I am
setting it to fixed for now.
