[wpkg-users] Timeout value precedence

Tomasz,
yes this surly works.
Imagine following situation:
Installation will last for 5 minutes usually, there is no timeout specified explicitly.
Now this installation hangs for one hour, since there is no timeout specified in the package.
Adding a timeout to each and every install and upgrade command, just to overcome this problem, is time consuming.
Is there a way to apply a timeout at the package level and not only at the command level?
Thanks in advance,
Stefan

If you:
- set WPKG Client timeout to 1 hour or less
- set timeout for this particular install command in one package to 30
minutes
Why wouldn't it work for you?
If installation ends faster, WPKG Client will not wait unnecessarily to
shut down the system.
