Patched wpkg.js v.1.1.0-M21

I made patch for new version of wpkg.js (1.1.0-M21), which add the same
functionality as my patch of wpkg.js 1.1.0-M6.
Problem with function getHostVariables (in patch of wpkg.js 1.1.0-M6) was
fixed.
