[wpkg-users] Show WPKG User Interface - checked but...

I have checked the "Show WPKG User Interface" check box but running wpkg
from the prompt does not show anything besides the normal messages depending
on loglevel and quit options!

 

Is there a way to force display on some kind of progress bar when running
from command line?
