[wpkg-users] WPKG client on XP64bit

I cannon silently install WPKG client 1.3.6 on XP64bit.

I found this error on XP machine in eventlog:

> Product: WPKG -- Disk full: Out of disk space -- Volume: 'wpkg'; required space: 1 298 KB; available space: 0 KB.  Free some disk space and retry.

but disk isn't full. Manual instalation isn't also working by executing
msi file.

I append log from msi installer
