Happy New Year,

 Sorry for the delay, I've had just about every variant of flu going this
Christmas.

 The attached just replicates the environment processing for the removePackage
function in case it gets called without being preceeded by installPackage.

 I'll submit a rough version of an alternative approach of a potential
enhancement very shortly!
