[wpkg-users] Wpkg-client logging issue

Try turning on debug.  I believe the default level of logging sends data
to the system log instead of the log file.  I don't use the wpkgclient,
but using wpkg.js requires the /debug for a log file to be generated.

To enable logging in wpkgclient i enabled in config.xml that 2 
parameters:

But this seems not to work, no logfile seems to be created, seems not to

be a permission issue.
