It still doesn't work. If I go to .../wpkgExpress/Installer I see this:

[Tue Jul 07 12:48:39 2009] [error] [client 192.168.13.123] File does not
exist: /srv/www/htdocs/wpkgExpress/Installer

I suspect that it needs some configuration on apache side (.htaccess, for
example).
