It would be nice to include the parent folder path of wpkg.js in the
environment used by the executed commands.

Example:
wpkg.js is located in \\server\share\WPKG, WPKG_ROOT will contain this path.

This would make it easier to access the tools folder for custom helper scripts.

There is already a variable "base" defined in wpkg.js, but it is only used
internally.
