[wpkg-users] WPKG 1.1.0 says revision change from 864 to 8.64 is a downgrade, for 1.0.4 they were the same

Honestly I did not check when i wrote the answer and I was not fully sure if 1.0
already supported downgrades. Looks like I implemented it as a new feature of
WPKG 1.1 - another reason to upgrade ;-)
