[wpkg-users] cmd exit code always 0

As you suggested I changed the extension .cmd. No effect.

I had some encoding problems in the past and finally resolved it by using edit in cmd because notepad++ wasn't able to fix that. So I did with this file but still WPKG says the script exits with 0.

I tried that before I wrote the first mail ;) in a cmd window the scripts exits with 2 as expected.

Something else I could try?
