thanx for your efforts, sounds good.

After testing with regression test
(http://wpkg.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wpkg/wpkg/wpkg-test/)
I can say that with M28 we get only two failed dependency tests (6+7),
whereas with M27 we had three times (6+7+99):

The checks about the ">NUL" cmd lines failing aber 1,2,3,11,12 and 13.
