OK, I have to admit that I tried to access the attached screenshot but this did
somehow not work for me this afternoon. So I was reading your description and
thought that you requested to have such a "TailXP" window popping up when
starting the service (from the service MMC plug-in I was wrongly assuming).

So after I see your screenshot mock-up I also think it could be useful for
testing and directly having an output of the event log from the target
computer. Especially if the service fails even before wpkg.js is invoked and
therefore there is no log file written to the server.

So from this point of view I think the request describes a useful feature.
