I've very little C knowledge, and really never do nothing on windows,
so probably go to the source is not an option for me.

Probably i can be more useful, eg, running a debugged-enabled version,
or run with special parameters, or... say me.


Still i don't understand why does not work... i run it in really
'normal' environment (XPsp3)... no one tested 1.3.9?
