[wpkg-users] How does check work with upgrades please

OK - lets see if I've got this :)

1st run of package with a simple "does the uninstall exist" check command.
If check command = false (which it would normally be) then install commands
invoked and assuming no errors, check is run again and if check=true then
wpkg assumes package installed.

On subsequent runs (with no revision increment)  - wpkg runs check command
and if check=false (for some faulty reason) WPKG runs install commands
again.  If check=true then no install commands run.

Have I got this right so far?
