[wpkg-users] WPKGexpess - Installation

In my HTTP-Server-Config is displayed, that the "Rewrite-Module" is
enabled.
But i can not open the install.php aut of the WebServer-WPKG-directory

i try to install WPKG express on my "new" Apache WebServer on OpenSuse
11.1
Now I have any questions about the Installation of CakePHP :O(
 
I have uncompressed WPKGexpress in /srv/www/htdocs/WPKG
 
Where and how I have to install CakePHP to use it for WPKGexpress???
 
Please help me...
