Frequently, (but only on specific computers on the network) WPKGService logs
this error message in the event viewer, and then exits without attempting to
update. This is a rather major problem for us, where we use WPKG to keep
mission critical software applications up-to-date.

I've added service dependencies, following this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/193888

Without success so far. Dependencies tried include:

netlogon
lanmanworkstation
nla
netbt

It shouldn't be surprising that none of these have worked, since the
WPKGService already depends on AFD and TCPIP services.
