[wpkg-users] Software installation has failed

I am testing WPKG on 20 odd machines, the original test in the guide worked
perfect on the one client.

The problem I have now is, I keep receiving this error when running wpkg.js:

Before I added multiple machines, I was testing some of the above
individually, with mixed results. Some installed DIA some didn't. No matter
what though I always seem to received the same error at the bottom of the
/debug

Any help is greatly appreciated.
